Laverdi is an independent SAP Basis consultancy for the DACH region and Scandinavia. We plan and run S/4HANA upgrades and migrations, look after SAP HANA, secure systems and authorisations and take over day-to-day operations. Since 2004, with experienced senior consultants and short lines of communication.
The intro call takes 30 minutes and is free. In English or German.
From the first check to stable operations. And why clients start with us:
At least 10 years of SAP experience, from large transformation projects. Founded in 2004 by Hüseyin Özen.
Packages at a fixed price, projects with a transparent estimate.
Packages and projects usually start within one to two weeks.
We sign a confidentiality agreement before the first look at your systems.
From a single system copy to a complete S/4HANA transformation, from a role review to round-the-clock operations. Four areas, one partner.
New releases, new databases, less data ballast and a clean core: we bring your SAP landscape technically up to date.
SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ALM, Integration Suite, RISE with SAP and the technical groundwork for Joule and AI agents.
Systems, interfaces, users and roles: secured, checked and documented for audits.
Administration, availability, performance and transports: we keep your systems stable every day.
Three maintenance deadlines end on 31 December 2027. If you plan now, there is still time for well-run projects.

Yes. An NDA is standard for us, even before we first look at your systems.
Packages at a fixed price, projects by day rate or fixed price, ongoing support as a monthly fee. You know the cost up front.
Yes. Even with RISE, some tasks stay with the customer, such as transports, users, interfaces and security. We take these on or clarify with SAP who is responsible for what.
Yes, that is the normal case. We coordinate with hosting, infrastructure and application partners so nothing falls between responsibilities.
Usually not: for most SAP customers Cloud ALM is included in the SAP maintenance contract. Effort goes mainly into setup, connections and operations. We are happy to check this for your contract.
For Integration Suite, clean-core extensions, Joule and AI agents: yes. We clarify which services you actually need and avoid unused cloud credits.
Three steps to your proposal. We usually reply within one business day.
